This fidelity-discount will be calculated after each order you place by adding your last order to the sum of all your orders. And if you exceed a set value, you will get the respective discount on your next orders.

You will get a 10.- Euro voucher sent to your e-mail address, as soon as your friend/ acquaintance registers, with the address you gave us, and places an order of at least 50.- Euro.
Are you interested? Then simply log in with your e-mail address and your password by means of the 'Register' button, fill in the e-mail address of the person you want to tell about Pet-Needs ® in the respective field and click on 'send'. Your friend/ acquaintance will be informed immediately.

How it works:
You choose the products you and your friends wish to buy from our product range with a minimum value of 100.- Euro amd select 'Yes' next to the 'cumulative order'. If you are a registered member already you have to chose 'Register' when placing a new order and use your initial email address and password in order to change your data, if you are a new customer follow the registration step by step and you will find the option. You will get a 5% discount on your order.
Further cumulative orders need no extra enabling of this feature.

The Pet-Needs ®-programme for societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals and for animal refuges
Dear animal lovers!
Too many pets in Europe loose their home or are abandoned on the street. In this hopeless situation mainly societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals and animal refuges are the only ones who help those neglected animals by offering them a shelter. We would like to support the work of all registered and non-profit societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals and animal refuges. That's why we offer those organisations a 10% discount on orders exceeding 100.- Euro.
How to become a member?
While registering just fill in the form as indicated and chose the address 'Animal refuge' or 'Breeder'.
Send us the following documents per post or Fax:
- a extract of the official register of clubs and societies
- a copy of the acknowledgement of the non-profit status of your association

After the registration
After checking your data you will be admitted to the Pet-Needs ®-programme for societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals and for animal refuges.
To place further orders at Pet-Needs ® simply log in with your e-mail address and password. There will be no need to put in your personal data again.
Due to technical reasons this discount is bound to the sole address you provide the first time and cannot be transfered to another e-mail address. A later granting of the discount is not possible, in order to prevent that private people would change their status.
The discount of 10% will automatically be subtracted from the order placed if the value exceeds 100.- Euro.
The delivery will take place as soon as possible, and only to the address belonging to the respective society for the prevention of cruelty to animals or animal refuge.
Please pay attention to the fact, that you cannot get any other vouchers except gift vouchers in combination of the discount granted to societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals or animal refuges. But the 'Fidelity discount' will still apply. You can only redeem one voucher respectively one reduction bound to orders / customers. But the fidelity discount will be granted.
