What is the address for returning defective products?

Returning the products to another address than the one mentionned can delay the processing up 2 weeks!

Please enclose the return receipt enclosed to the delivered products to each return.

The article I ordered does not fit. Can I send it back?

Yes. Pet-Needs ® guarantees a complete right of revocation within 14 days after reception of the goods. You can use this right of revocation by sending us a letter of revocation and by returning the parcel in time. To keep to the period it is enough to send, fax or e-mail the letter of revocation or return the parcel in time.

All articles you buy at Pet-Needs ® are subject to this right of revocation.

What is the period to keep for returning articles?

Do I have to stamp the return?

All articles you buy at Pet-Needs ® are subject to this right of revocation if sufficiently stamped. Please do not return the articles unstamped.

When and how do you refund the cost for returning articles?

If the article is defective or if the article delivered does not coorespond to the articles you bought, we will refund the cost immediately. The refund will be the costs indicated on the returned parcel but maximum the costs we would have paid with our delivery partner. Special costs like additional costs for express delivery or bulky goods will not be refunded, unless explicitly indicated otherwise beforehand. Please contact our customer service for further information.

Please always send us a copy of the bill per mail, fax or e-mail, so that we can refund the return faster. We ask you to do so, because the costs can not always be seen from the parcel.

 

If you paid per direct debit we will transfer the refund to your account.

If you paid by credit card tell us your bank account details, as it is not always possible to refund per credit card.

 

Why do I get an invoice after returning articles although I have already paid?

As soon as you return an article the difference is credited to your Pet-Needs ® account. If the return has been fulfilled you get a return invoice to tell you about the credit. There will be no additional charge to your initial order. You can ignore the return invoice.

 

HINT: Should you want another article than the one you initially ordered, please transfer the higher difference to our bank account, unless you paid by credit card, then we will charge your card with the difference. An existing credit balance can of course be substracted from your next invoice.
