Which discounts or vouchers do you offer?

Discount for clever payers

All clever payers using direct debit for payment automatically get a cash discount of 2% on the net cart value (cart value minus all discounts and vouchers). At the moment payment by direct debit is only possible for Austrian customers. We hope that we will be able to implement further countries as soon as possible.

Collective order discount

When placing a collective order you will get a discount of 5% for all orders exceeding the net value (cart value minus all discounts and vouchers) of 100.- Euro. For further information look here.

Breeder discount

Within our breeders-programme we offer you a 10% discount on all orders exceeding 100.- Euro. For further information look here.

Animal refuge discount

We offer all registered welfare animal refuges and societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals a discount of 10% on all orders exceeding 100.- Euro. For further information look here.

How do I redeem a voucher?

For gift vouchers: Enter your 'personal settings' by logging in as if you wanted to change your data. Enter the exact voucher code (please watch out not to enter any spaces) and click on 'Next'. The value of the voucher will be substracted from the order value. Please always have a look at the special conditions for redeeming the voucher, like minimum order value or expiry date. For further information look here.

For vouchers for attracting new customers: These vouchers will automatically be substracted from your next order value in so far as the person you wanted to attract has already placed an order at Pet-Needs ®.

Can I claim more that one voucher or discount?

In any case you can only redeem one (gift) voucher at a time. All other discounts are normally substracted.

Can I claim my voucher to be paid cash?

It is not possible to get the value of a voucher in cash or to have it credited for orders that have already been placed.

Can I buy gift vouchers at Pet-Needs ®?

Yes, you can buy gift vouchers of a single value of up to 50.- Euro. You will find those vouchers in the shop like normal articles. Simply select the gift voucher and place the order as usually. If you want, we can send the voucher to a relative, just tell us the address of this person by using the comments field.
